Online advertising, like it or not, is one of the revenue streams that keeps walkit.com going.
As we’re still quite small we’re not spoilt for choice in terms of companies choosing to advertise with us.
Google text ads bring in a little, but image ads tend to bring in more.
We’re currently running (though it will only be viewable intermittently) an ad for a very low CO2 Citroen.
Totally hypocritical/counterproductive to accept it?
Or cars are a fact of life (many of our users will have one) and aren't going to disappear soon, so we might as well encourage people to buy efficient ones?
Please help us with this one by joining in the debate on Facebook or dropping us a line on feedback@walkit.com
Many thanks.
