Took me a while to work out this Mercedes billboard ad:
But I suppose that's what they want – to get people to puzzle over it, and then even get mugs like me to blog about it.
Empty streets, gleaming car, heads turn – dream on…
I've always thought it should be mandatory for ads like this to prominently display the car's fuel economy rating – like the old health warning on cigarette ads. That would take the shine off them.
It's a Band G by the way. Pretty poor.
